Overview
Five systems for public-sector regulators: explosives permitting, equipment import permits, firearm licensing, LPG cylinder tracking and mining-industry reporting. Client names are withheld.
What I built
- Led the explosives permitting platform (most commits, reviewed and merged the team's pull requests).
- Built composite role-based access, multi-stage review and assignment workflows, and licence issue, renewal and revocation with scheduled status jobs.
- Authored the company's first Ghana.GOV e-payment integration (checkout, callbacks, QR-coded invoices, approvals blocked until payment), later reused across projects.
- Designed the cylinder lifecycle model (manufacturer, bottler, exchange point, customer) for the LPG tracking platform.
Architecture
- MERN stack with Ant Design on a shared internal template, deployed through GitHub Actions to PM2.
- Embedded analytics dashboards and QR-code printing for physical permits and tags.
Results
- Platforms delivered to government clients; details available on request where permitted.
